Hands only!

Many thanks to British Army boxing coach Mr Leon Nihell for coming along to our Friday night session recently and taking the teens and adults sessions through a "boxing basics" tutorial. The session was great fun and we are hoping to have Mr Nihell come back for further visits in the not too distant future!
