Many thanks to British Army boxing coach Mr Leon Nihell for coming along to our Friday night session recently and taking the teens and adults sessions through a "boxing basics" tutorial. The session was great fun and we are hoping to have Mr Nihell come back for further visits in the not too distant future!

As expected a really tough competition but we had some great results from our small team of competitors. Here's just a selection of the medalists.

London's Warrior Open is very popular 2-day event, with competitors from all over the World. We had a very successful weekend in both the colour belt and black belt divisions. Here's a selection of our medal winners.
