Meet Our Instructors & Coaching Team
World-Class Pedigree, Decades of Experience, and Elite Mentorship
At Aldershot Taekwon-Do, our exceptional coaching staff is what truly sets us apart. We don't believe in a "one-size-fits-all" approach to martial arts; instead, we utilize a unique small-group breakout system where our senior instructors and assistants divide classes into focused, age- and rank-appropriate training groups.
From absolute beginners taking their very first steps on the mats to advanced black belts, our members receive direct mentorship from an elite team that includes a former national coach and active international athletes currently competing for the official ITF England squad. Explore our coaching roster below to meet the team dedicated to bringing out your best.

Today, Mr. Adams is a certified Level 3 Personal Trainer and runs a full-time martial arts centre in Alton.
