Multi-Instructor Support: Never Out of Your Depth

We understand that walking into a martial arts class for the first time can feel intimidating. That is why we utilize a unique, multi-instructor teaching system. Every single week, our high-grade black belts actively step up to help teach the class alongside our lead coach.

This incredible depth of coaching talent enables us to break the large class up into smaller, focused groups whenever we are covering technical aspects of the ITF syllabus. By separating students by experience level, we ensure that no one is ever left out of their depth. Newcomers receive patient, step-by-step guidance on the fundamentals, while advanced grades are pushed to refine their elite technical mastery.

Kids Taekwon-Do

Classes: 4 to 7 Year Olds

Our early-years curriculum focuses heavily on building foundational motor skills, balance, and spatial awareness.

 

Through controlled martial arts drills, younger children learn the value of discipline, active listening, and social cooperation while safely channeling their natural energy.

Juniors Taekwon-Do

Classes: 8 to 12 Years

Designed for school-aged youth, this program introduces the technical complexities of the official ITF Taekwon-Do syllabus. Students focus on kicking mechanics, pattern memorization, and fundamental light-contact sparring strategies, building physical fitness alongside immense personal self-confidence.

Our senior division offers comprehensive martial arts training for all fitness backgrounds. Sessions balance high-intensity cardiovascular conditioning, advanced traditional sparring techniques, strict patterns, and modern reality-based self-defence tactics to provide a complete mental and physical workout.
